MANUFACTURE

We have various machines to perform precision turning, precision grinding, precision polishing, micro milling, precision injection moulding, nano imprinting, micro hot embossing, micro electroforming. High-precision components with free form and micro structures can be produced by a cost-effective way for mass production.​

METROLOGY

Using state of the art metrology equipment, we can accurately measure the surface profiles, forms, textures and roughness, as high as nanometer resolution.
