MNA innovation provides consumables for prototyping of plastic microfluidic devices, including medical grade plastic materials. We also provide plastic wafers with a diameter of 100mm, thickness 1, 1.5 and 2mm. More consumable, such as plastic film for chip bonding is under development. Current available materials include COC (Cyclic olefin copolymer), COP(Cyclic olefin polymer) PMMA (Poly(methyl methacrylate)).

MNA is specialized in design plastic microfluidic chip and polymeric functional surfaces with various applications. We start to work with our customer to under their functional needs, and then develop various design concepts and finalize it. We then develop process chains to manufacture our customer’s products. We are also specialized in design precision moulds for prototyping and production of these devices.
